Swiss Ball Answer to Pain Nov 17, 2009 This video has both beginning and intermediate sections. Each has a demonstration segment and then a class segment. I found the demonstration segment too lengthy--too many things to remember. Both exercise classes seem to provide a good set of core exercises. The beginning class had a lot of exercises OFF the ball; I would have preferred more ON the ball. Overall, a pretty good video, although there may be others equally as good for less money.
